    Industriegebaude in Jahre 1922.

Some members wanted to know how I made the background buildings. It is really simple. First I scan a sheet of stone paper and save as a jpg. Then using the program ‘Paint’ - it is in Windows Accessories on your PC - I draw the windows. First I draw a rectangle in the colour of the window frame. Then I draw smaller rectangles inside this until I have the shape of the window frame. Then I use the ‘fill’ bucket to fill in the colours I want. This file is then saved as a jpg.
Next I resize the window to the size I want and save it again. Then I open the scanned stone background in the Paint program. Next I open the window in a photo image program and press copy.
Then I open Paint again and ‘Paste’ the window on top of the stone. It comes up in the top left hand corner so drag the window to where you want it and then click to fix it in place. Save the image again. Do this as many times as you want until you have the wall of building. Crop the wall and resize if necessary. Then print out and stick onto some cardboard and put on the backscene.
You can make doors in the same way.
